SUMMARY:
NGC Transmission Equipment (America), Inc. is a growing power transmission equipment company, providing highly engineered wind and industrial drive package solutions to the North, Central, South American and Caribbean markets. We’ve assembled a talented group of industry professionals, with a collective passion and vision to put NGC at the forefront of our industry. To further facilitate our growth, we are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement the annual marketing plan for Industry & Wind products and services.
- Oversee marketing communications and media development & deployment for the organization in accordance with corporate policies.
- Oversee security of NGC intellectual property.
- Analyze and adjust NGC pricing policies in collaboration with Wind and Industry sales teams.
- Coordinate and assist global marketing projects with corporate and other global subsidiaries.
- Perform analysis for selected segments and industry targets.
- Monitor products, pricing and marketing activities for the competition and their respective channels to market.
- Coordinate participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and technical organizations.
- Develop and coordinate implementation of new product and service launches in collaboration with the respective sales managers and teams.
- Provide updates on product performance and marketing plan status.
- Work cohesively with the other departments in the organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing, or related business majors.
- The ideal candidate must have a strong Marketing background, ideally in a B2B manufacturing environment. Relevant industry knowledge and experience in Wind, Solar, and Renewal Energy, with a minimum seven 7-10 years related experience is preferred.
- Must have a customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
- Must possess in-depth knowledge of growth marketing best practices. Must be highly organized and possess a high level of attention to detail.
- Some overnight business travel for conferences and tradeshows, customer visits etc. is required.
- Must be able to learn and obtain a thorough understanding of NGC’s products.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desired.
