EMPLOYEE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including account reconciliation, adjusting entries, and ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Handle accounting and finance-related functions
- Maintain system operations and maintenance for procurement, warehouse storage, marking and other aspects
- Audit financial statement on US and overseas subsidiaries or affiliated companies
- ERP system operations and maintenance
- Prepare and verify daily expense reimbursement reports/receipts
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g. disbursement, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable)
- Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs
- Compile data and prepare a variety of reports
- Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers
- Investigates questionable data
- Communicate with managers and others working on the expense reimbursement problems
- Report monthly closing activities, prepare financial statements, submit NGC US financial statements to NGC Group.
- Report capital usage activities, prepare monthly bank reconciliation schedule
- Prepare corporate tax return filing with CPA
- Summarize and report historical booking errors, adjust those errors following CPA’s instruction
- Report monthly inventory count
- Verify related-party transactions with NGC Group
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Excellent analytic, written, verbal and organizational skills
- Fluent in Mandarin (both writing and speaking) is a must.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Business Central / Dynamics 365 Finance Module is preferred
- Ability to effectively work across teams, both within the accounting functions, and across functions, including sales and marketing, operations, and senior leadership
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow; work well under pressure to meet deadlines – must be comfortable getting into the details
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance
